Space Days Kazakhstan 2025: Advancing Satellite Innovation for Climate and Water Resilience

The Al-Farabi Kazakh National University will host the Space Days Kazakhstan 2025 on September 8–9, bringing together global experts, researchers, and stakeholders in the space sector. With over 500 delegates from 60+ countries, this high-level forum is a key moment to explore the growing role of space technologies in addressing today’s global challenges.

The agenda includes 15 main sessions and 30+ speakers, covering critical themes such as:

  • Satellite modeling and training
  • Climate change and resilience through spatial data
  • Digital technologies and artificial intelligence
  • International space cooperation
  • The future of satellite communications and construction

This aligns closely with the One Water Vision (OWV) initiative, which promotes the integration of satellite-based water monitoring with ground data to enhance climate adaptation and sustainable water management. OWV strongly supports the development of capacity-building tools, technical training, and partnerships.

We’re pleased to see the involvement of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, one of OWV’s partners through the International Research Consortium (IRC), in the organization of this strategic event.
